Amanda Whiteaker - White River Medical Center January Employee of the Month

Amanda Whiteaker, Executive Assistant, is the White River Medical Center (WRMC) January Employee of the Month as the representative of Prompt Service.  Mary Wood-Cox, Graduate Medical Education, nominated Amanda.  Amanda coordinates administrative meetings, conferences, and appointments for the Administrative Team. She coordinates details on behalf of Administrative Team, including preparing notices, agendas, and exhibits. She also transcribes meeting minutes, answers phone calls, and receives visitors.  Amanda prepares and distributes the daily operations report.

Amanda joined WRMC as the Executive Assistant in 2015. She enjoys her co-workers and describes WRMC employees as always willing to help.

Amanda and her husband Chad will celebrate their 25th wedding anniversary in 2018. Their daughter Ally is a college student, and their son Nick is a seventh grader.  

WRMC employees nominate fellow employees who best represent one or more of the PRIDE standards. The PRIDE standards are Prompt Service, Respect, Involved, Demeanor, and Environmental Focus.
