(Cherokee Village, Ark.)— The Midway Medical Clinic, located inside the WRMC Medical Complex Cherokee Village, recently welcomed Lisa Sherrill, APRN, as a new provider to the clinic. She works alongside Dr. Tim Young.
Lisa provides primary care, including wellness exams, to patients of all ages. She is focused on providing quality care to residents of Cherokee Village and surrounding areas, as well as maintaining direct communication with her patients and the healthcare community.
Lisa completed her Bachelor of Nursing and Master of Nursing from Arkansas State University in Jonesboro, AR.
Lisa moved with her family to Cherokee Village at 12 years old. She grew up in the area and moved to Mountain Home as an adult. During her time there, she gained seven years of experience as a family nurse practitioner and five years of experience in Urology. Both experiences helped her expand her understanding for patient care.
“Over the past few months I've been able to work with Lisa Sherrill, APRN, and I am certain patients at Midway Medical Clinic will find her to be a very capable and energetic provider for this clinic,” said Dr. Tim Young. “I am extremely excited to have someone of her caliber to work alongside.”
Lisa and her husband, Bob Sherrill, have been married for 32 years. They enjoy floating the beautiful rivers in the natural state.
“I am thankful for the opportunity to return to my hometown to serve the patients of our area,” said Lisa. “I am excited to work alongside Dr. Young to manage acute care patients and help with the needs in the community.”
