(Batesville, Ark.)—Cheyenne Wilson, PA-C (Certified Physician Assistant) is accepting patients at MPOC Orthopaedic & Sports Medicine Clinic, a clinic of White River Health System (WRHS) located at 501 Virginia Drive in Batesville. Cheyenne Wilson is working alongside Orthopaedic Surgeon Jeff Angel, M.D.
As a PA-C, Cheyenne provides general orthopaedic care, injury evaluation, sports medicine evaluation, osteoporosis management, and orthopaedic pre-operative assessment and post-operative care. She is focused on providing quality care to residents in Batesville and surrounding areas, as well as maintaining direct communication with her patients and the healthcare community.
Cheyenne received a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Arkansas in Little Rock. She completed a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Harding University in Searcy.
“Orthopaedics is the gentlest of the surgical services. You see the accomplishments of your interventions through the alleviation of chronic or acute pain, and it's very rewarding,” said Cheyenne. “I've fallen in love with the wonderful people of Batesville. It is an honor to be in the position to help elderly patients remain independent by preventing life-changing fractures.” As a provider, Cheyenne will work with Dr. Angel to provide quality orthopaedic care that goes beyond the patient’s expectations.
Cheyenne is the daughter of Dennis and Cecelia Wilson, natives of the Batesville area.
The MPOC Orthopaedic & Sports Medicine Clinic is open Monday thru Thursday from 8am-5pm and Friday from 9am –Noon. To make an appointment with Cheyenne Wilson, PA-C, call 870-793-2371.
