Highway to Health 5K
White River Health System is running to improve nutrition for our children. Food insecurity can lead to poor performance in school and poor health. The Highway to Health 5K benefiting area school food pantries is October 23 at 5PM.
The WRMC Highway to Health 5K is a USATF certified course with rolling and challenging hills. Visit runsignup.com/wrmchighwaytohealth to pre-register.
Check-in and same day registration will be from 3pm-4:45pm October 23. The race starts at 5pm.
The race will start in the WRMC Professional Building parking lot on the White River Medical Center campus and finish in front of the Josephine Raye Rogers Center for Women and Imaging. The USATF certified course (certification number: AR08011DLP) is a paved course with rolling and challenging hills.
Medals will be awarded for the first 100 finishers. Mac's Race Timing Service will be chip timing the race.
Register before October 12 to guarantee a swag bag!
Swag bag pickup will be October 22nd from 11am-6pm at the WRHS Foundation office next to Hobby Lobby, 1989 Harrison St. in Batesville. Bags may also be picked up at sign-in October 23rd from 3pm-4:45pm.
