WRMC May Employee of the Month - Lavern Treadway

Frankie Lavern Treadway, Environmental Services, is the White River Medical Center (WRMC) May Employee of the Month as the representative of Environmental Focus. Doyle Cockrill and the Radiology staff nominated Lavern. Lavern is a member of the team responsible for keeping the hospital clean. She assists patients, employees, and visitors by cleaning and sanitizing clinical treatment areas, patient rooms, and public spaces throughout the hospital. When asked what she liked most about working at WRMC Lavern said, I like helping people and making their day better. Before joining Environmental Services, she worked in the WRMC Laundry. Lavern and her husband of almost 44 years have a son and two beautiful granddaughters. In her free time, she enjoys sewing and gardening. She likes all kinds of flowers and working in her yard. WRMC employees nominate fellow employees who best represent one or more of the PRIDE standards. The PRIDE standards are Prompt Service, Respect, Involved, Demeanor, and Environmental Focus.
